Set up in 2009, Scotland’s 2020 Climate Group aims to be an influential voice for business leaders to engage in making Scotland a distinctive place for sustainable development. Since its formation in 2009, the Group has provided a platform for key sectors in Scotland to learn and share best practice and to come together to optimise business performance and environmental impact.

The 2020 Group has the following key objectives:

• To create a safe space for challenging cross-sector conversations to inspire further positive action.
